Philodendron Pink Princess is a climbing aroid with dark leaves and light pink variegated blotches. Its leaves can grow to 9 inches long and 5 inches wide. Amazingly the stems are also blotched with pink.
This philodendron has amazing colour. From black to deep burgundy and its foliage is splashed and flecked with white and pink. Plants with black leaves are rare in nature. That is why Philodendron ‘Pink Princess’ is so unique. The young leaves emerge as a dark olive-green with white variegation, maturing to a deep black with bright pink spots. Hence the variegation is highly visible.
note: variegation of this kind is a genetic mutation. These plants have been know back to revert back to their original form “burgundy” princess. Variegation cannot be predicted or promised. These plants are young and may take some time to grow into the pink. We are not responsible for plants reverting back or plants having little variegation.
